So the other night my kids wanted to make there own dinner. They decided to make sandwiches. We never stepped foot in the kitchen they made them all by themselves. They savored every bite and just kept telling us that we would have to have one tomorrow because they were soooo delicious! Hannah did an awesome job and Kolton was satisfied with his cheese and mustard. The next day Hannah created a pepperoni, ham and chesse sandwich. She told me "See mom I can get up and make my lunch for school now"

I am so impressed! My kids make their own "creations" all the time but refuse to eat them. Although my Hannah is a pro at sandwich making. she makes hers and Zachs PB&J's for school lunches all the time.
p.s. missed you today. Have a merry Christmas. Let's do GNO with the daughters when everyone gets back into town.
That sandwich looks nasty. I guess if they like it that is all that counts.
